Bajsova Domačija
Bajsova Domačija is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting near Podčetrtek and Rogaška Slatina – two of Slovenia’s most prominent tourist destinations. Our countryside homestead offers the perfect balance of relaxation, privacy, and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, and larger groups.
Carefully furnished apartments await you on the estate, designed with a touch of homeliness and warmth, while equipped with selected materials and modern technology. A special feature of the homestead is the thatched roof combined with a ventilation system, which ensures a pleasant climate all year round and creates a unique feeling of living in harmony with nature.
The complex comprises eight family apartments and one double room, along with the spacious Irena Wellness Center, which is available to guests free of charge from 5 PM to 10 PM. In the summer months, you can also enjoy the free outdoor heated pool – perfect for relaxed days and unforgettable evenings.

"Exceptional"
Exceptional effort by the owner Jan Lisjak and the 2 female employees, considering they also run the small Hotel Vila Lisjak in Podčetrtek, 8 km from Bajsova Domačija!! I received an upgrade to a large apartment because it was empty those days, even though it had been full for two weeks before me. The lovely breakfast they leave on the table in front of the apartment is great so you don’t have to walk somewhere to eat; this suits me perfectly since I wake up late and don’t like being tied to specific hours, so they left it for me at 9:00 AM and for others at 8:00 AM, and I would eat around 10:00 AM. On the last day when I was supposed to travel, my Parkinson’s flared up again and I had trouble even with dressing and shoes; the owner helped me then, and during breakfast, a guest from Belgrade saw that I couldn’t pull my shirt all the way on, so he came to my table and helped me.

The overall impression is fantastic, from the room to the surroundings; everything is clean, tidy, and beautiful, with rooms designed with a 10/10 interior. A wonderful place for a family holiday with children. And breakfast in the room is really the icing on the cake… wonderful, sweet, homemade food; you can see the huge effort and commitment in every segment of the estate.
Vesna is an excellent host, we were warmly welcomed!
Highly recommended for an escape from the city madness, a great place to rest!
